This hotel is wonderful. My room (deluxe) was excellent with city view and view of the river. Large size room, large bed. Hotel is centrally located. Starbucks in the lobby! Excellent restaurants on second floor. I would highly recommend this hotel for a budget-minded traveler or family. Excellent facilities for the price.

My only complaint is that the staff speaks limited English, however, they did go out of their way to try and understand by using i-PAD application to convert English to Chinese.
